INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you enter your complete shipping address at checkout, you will see the auto-generated shipping fee. For more information, feel free to WhatsApp us at +91 9755078223. You can also email us at sales@bindigasm.com.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

You will receive order-related emails in two stages:

  • An order confirmation email/ SMS once your order is placed.
  • A shipment email/ SMS once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The email will include a tracking code that you can use to track your order with the relevant courier company.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before it is returned to our studio, and additional fees may apply for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will not be able to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect contact details.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@bindigasm.com.

REFUND POLICY

  • Each order is packed with care after thorough quality checks by our team.
  • However, if you still wish to return, refunds are accepted for full-price items if returned in acceptable condition.
  • You may choose to get a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit with a ₹50 bonus for your next purchase.
  • Return shipping is arranged by our courier partner, and the charges are borne by the customer.
  • Returned items will be evaluated upon receipt — refunds will be initiated only if items are:
    • Unused, unworn, unwashed
    • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 working days.
  • To initiate a return, email sales@bindigasm.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please ensure the return shipment reaches us within 7 days from approval.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

  • Every Bindigasm garment is designed with care and goes through strict quality checks before shipping.
  • You can exchange your order for a different size or style (subject to stock availability).
  • If the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, we’ll gladly replace it or process a refund after inspection.
  • To request an exchange or report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: ✉️ sales@bindigasm.com
    Include your order number, delivery address, and a photo/video of the item received.
  • Our customer care team will respond within 48 working hours to assist you with the next steps.
  • Courier/return shipping charges for exchanges or returns (except for incorrect or damaged products) will be borne by the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping is arranged by our courier partner, and the charges are borne by the customer.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the product passes our quality check and will reflect within 7–14 business days.
  • In case the requested size or style is unavailable, we can issue a store credit valid for 6 months or process a refund as per your preference.
